Clubhouse and Dress Code on and off the course
Clubhouse
Enfield Golf Club has a fully refurbished clubhouse and is a fresh, contemporary, beautiful golf club and we are renowned for its superb food and excellent service standards and most importantly its friendly atmosphere. Whether you are a playing or social member, enjoying a relaxing drink, here as a guest at a wedding reception or private function or a golfing visitor who has just played the course, you will always be guaranteed a warm welcome and first rate service.
We will do our best to ensure that your visit to us is as enjoyable and memorable as possible. We pride ourselves on offering a superior customer experience.
Although you have to be a member of the Club to eat in our restaurant (or a guest of a member), we do offer a social membership that may be of interest to you; please speak to our main office for full details.
If, on the other hand, you would like to book a private function or event, please visit our ‘Book A Table’ page.
Finally, just for information, the Club does have a dress code for members and guests. Full details can be found here:

Club Dress Code
ENFIELD GOLF CLUB
Enfield Golf Club would like its members, visitors and guests to feel comfortable, relaxed and welcome both on the course and in the clubhouse. With that in mind, we simply ask that people wear smart, recognised golf clothing and shoes on the course and dress in smart, clean clothing and footwear in the clubhouse. Clean trainers and golf shoes (non-spiked) may be worn in the club house.
For clarification, the following items are not considered smart clothing within the club house:
- Tracksuits, beach wear, cycling shorts, running shorts
- Dirty or soiled clothing
- Ripped, torn or light-coloured jeans
The responsibility for the interpretation, implementation and compliance with these guidelines rests with the Club’s General Manager, whose discretion may be used at any time and whose decision as to whether something is appropriate or not is final. In his absence, that responsibility falls to his delegated staff, the Club House Manager, Club Professional or a member of the Club’s Management Committee. Members are responsible for their guests’ compliance with the guidelines.
Dress code for private events will be as agreed with the Club General Manager and for social events will be as listed on the event ticket and notice.
The Club reserves the right to refuse admission to the Course or Clubhouse if individuals are not able to comply with our dress code, normal courtesies or the rules of golf.
